Whoops!
I didn’t realize just how many of you have been silently following this blog. I’ve run into literally dozens of people since returning to the states who have commented about things they’ve read or seen here … and in a sense, it’s quite embarrassing. Sure, I know what happens when you publish something on the web … but I’m starting to wish that I had been more careful, consistent, and comprehensive this past year. I sure complained a lot, and I’m afraid that I wasn’t always very respectful of my audience.
As they say in television, I guess, “This is blogging!”

Yeah, I know what you mean; but I think what draws people (to lurk and spy ;-)) is the fact that you are honest and not hiding, even if you think its whining, someone else might find it refreshing or reassuring (hey, someone else is going through or felt that way too). Be you, that’s the best you can do.
