I have to admit, I kept coming back to watch this little clip. Profound, actually, simple as it seems. I guess I’m the type of person who often looks forward to something else, something better, and sometimes forgets to simply enjoy the present moment. But I’ve noticed this in myself lately, and am working on it. I want to live my life wholeheartedly, drinking in the events of every day, just as I allow music to wash over me and saturate my soul…
Yeah, totally … glad you liked it, Jenn. The most poignant moments in my life have been the “musical” ones. But I don’t just want to listen … I want to create the harmonies!
reminds me of the song “life’s a dance”, by john michael montgomery. even better is “the dance” by garth brooks. scary… those memories from my country music “phase”…
