I haven’t shaved in a little over two weeks now, and it’s been nice … especially because I don’t have to answer tons of questions about the beard (that was the most annoying part last year). Everyone is already talking about the silly-looking foreigner, so adding a beard really doesn’t make a difference. The down side, however, is that it’s really hard to keep it well-groomed with just a straight razor (and scissors?). We’ll see how it goes.
